Hotel booking terms and conditions
Free Cancellation Policy:
1) Free Cancellation Policy:
Bookings made under the Free Cancellation policy may be cancelled up to 3 days before the check-in date without any penalty or charge.
2) Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel your booking within 3 days of the check-in date or fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
3) Modification of Reservation:
You may modify your reservation up to 3 days before the check-in date, subject to availability and any rate difference. Additional charges may apply for modifications made within 3 days of the check-in date.
4) Payment:
Payment for bookings made under the Free Cancellation policy is due at the time of booking, and will be refunded if the booking is cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5) Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled bookings made under the Free Cancellation policy will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation date.
6) Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Free Cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
Non-Refundable policy:
1) Non-Refundable Policy:
Bookings made under the Non-Refundable policy are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2) Payment:
Payment for bookings made under the Non-Refundable policy is due at the time of booking, and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show.
3) Modification of Reservation:
Modifications to bookings made under the Non-Refundable policy are not allowed.
4) Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel your booking or fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
5) Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Non-Refundable policy at any time without prior notice.
Please note that these terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly with our company. Bookings made through third-party websites or travel agents may have different terms and conditions.
