Bookings made through third-party websites or travel agents may have different terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you may recall, when you made your reservation for our hotel or camp, you agreed to the terms and conditions outlined by GP Ljubljana (SI 50029126), who is the owner and operator of Ljubljana Resort located at Dunajska cesta 270, Ljubljana. These terms and conditions cover a range of topics, including cancellation policies, payment terms, and liability limitations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11c3fab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"11c3fab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Camp Booking Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8635fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8635fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>General terms and conditions for reservations:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To confirm a reservation, a <\/span><b>deposit of 40%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b>non-refundable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) of the total amount of the planned stay is required. Payment can be made by <\/span><b>credit card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (with a 2% handling fee). Reservation is possible only through our <\/span><b>user-friendly reservation engine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For holders of <\/span><b>ACSI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>ADAC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>ANWB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cards, the difference is <\/span><b>lowered<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the reception desk, in which case you must <\/span><b>inform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the receptionist, as later complaints are not <\/span><b>taken into account<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The <\/span><b>final price<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the stay may differ from the offer and will be calculated upon the arrival of guests based on their actual data and stay in the campsite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><b>Early arrival <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(09:30 ? 11:30) subject to availability and is ?7.50. Late check-out subject to availability. Parking <\/span><b>after check-out<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is possible in the public Laguna parking lot for an additional fee of ?10.00 at the reception. We reserve the right to charge an <\/span><b>additional night<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for <\/span><b>unapproved late check-out.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and a written confirmation from the resort@gpl.si.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cancellation of individual reservation in the campsite:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A reservation can be made only <\/span><b>upon payment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of 4<\/span><b>0%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the <\/span><b>total reservation amount<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 4<\/span><b>0% payment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> made at the time of reservation is <\/span><b>non-refundable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>remaining 60%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the total reservation amount is paid on the <\/span><b>check-in<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> date at reception.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the guest does not come <\/span><b>until 6pm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> , the reservation may be <\/span><b>canceled<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the campsite reserves the right to offer the <\/span><b>reserved space to other guests<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any <\/span><b>changes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the reservation, including the <\/span><b>check-in<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>check-out<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dates, must be made at least <\/span><b>48 hours before<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the <\/span><b>check-in date<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
